Each four-night program brings together 12 rising stars from Forbes Travel Guide Star-Rated properties worldwide. The experience begins with a welcome reception in Paris, followed by transfer to FTG’s renowned L’Académie at Le Logis in Cognac, France.

Program Details

What to Expect

Expect three full days of learning and celebration. One day addresses the hospitality staffing crisis through FTG-led peer discussions and breakout sessions. The next explores AI’s role in enhancing guest experience, operations, and innovation, equipping Rising Stars to lead the industry’s future. On the final day, groups will present their key takeaways and insights.

Location

Paris and Cognac, France

Tuition

$6,000 USD* – Includes a Paris reception, transportation from Paris to Cognac, accommodations at Le Logis, on-site meals, and all program activities. Does not include flights to and from Paris, departure train tickets, or lodging for the first night in Paris.

Timing

Limited sessions in May, June & October 2026.
Attendees will join one session. Five days inclusive of arrival & departure.

Department head or director. Available exclusively to Global Partner hotels.

From guest interactions to food and beverage service and château cleanliness, students gain a firsthand experience in the world of luxury hospitality while working at Le Logis. This immersive role offers the chance to connect with industry professionals, develop practical skills, and contribute meaningfully to the Rising Stars program.
